Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production. <br><br>Partner with the best<br><ul><li>Responsible for Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.</li></ul><br><br>As a Production Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><br><ul><li> Ownership includes both quality assurance and quality control. Includes quality assurance of products, services, manufacturing processes. Includes conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points, etc </li><li> Perform and monitor quality control and product assurance testing for raw materials, in-process & Final product to help ensure products meet or exceed quality and reliability standards </li><li> Candidate will also generate certificate of analysis for products and approve all raw materials </li><li> Responsible for quality incident investigations using root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. </li><li> Maintaining monitoring and measurement equipment to ensure reliability of quality data relating to product specification </li><li> Taking ownership by maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification on site and acting as primary point of contact for internal & External audits as needed </li><li> Collaborating with cross-functional teams and different stakeholders in order to plan, execute and achieve overall Quality and growth targets. </li><li> Handles special projects as assigned </li><li> Responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance. </li><li> Handles simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. </li><li> Control documents </li></ul><br><br>Fuel your passion<br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Associate Degree or bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry. </li><li> Fresh graduate or 0-1 Year of Experience. </li><li> Basic knowledge in ISO, preferred </li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills, English language.</li><li>Ability to work independently.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Demonstrate root cause analysis skills</li><li>Be familiar with ISO 9001</li></ul><br><br>Work in a way that works for you<br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
