Finance Analyst – Intercompany Pricing

The Hospital Medical Devices (HMD) Supply Chain organization, more specifically the Principal, Inventory and Costing Center of Excellence (PIC COE) is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join the Global Intercompany Pricing team. The team is a key enabler for customer orders to be serviced promptly & accurately and owns the end-to-end pricing and costing setups, considering more than 25 different ERP systems Worldwide. The position will report to the Intercompany Pricing Team Lead. Preferred locations for this role are Zuchwil (Switzerland), Cork (Ireland), Diegem (Belgium) or Guaynabo (Puerto Rico) Finance Analyst – Intercompany Pricing (f/m/d) Responsibilities As a key member of the ICP Team You will be responsible for E2E systems governance, building & maintaining the platforms and hand-offs. You will engage with multiple workstreams (Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Commercial teams for New Product Introductions, Product managers…) to drive & anticipate the ICP E2E calculation & setup process seamlessly You will partner with the Affiliate Gross Profit governance team to support actions in multiple manufacturing & distribution ERP and other systems. You will also play a pivotal part in reconciling the data within multiple ERPs and driving E2E resolutions. You will have a leading role in RPA (Robotic Processing Automation) implementations and other standardization projects, using various automation tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Microsoft Flow. You will be supporting the yearly ICP calculations and costing process & system ERP setups. Qualifications We are looking for a highly motivated finance professional with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, able to work with teams in a virtual environment and business partners at all levels of the organization and who has the following qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance. A minimum of 2 years working experience is preferred. A Master’s/MBA degree or other financial certification is an asset. Highly computer literate and having a natural interest in ERP systems and Microsoft packages is a must. Prior exposure to ERP systems is preferred. Excellent communication & Influencing skills across cultural differences. High interest in understanding the impact of the Intercompany Pricing activities on the downstream finance activities. Utilize knowledge of organizational drivers, dynamics, and informal networks to influence appropriate business decisions.
