Naval Engineer

<p>Role Mission:</p>

<ul>
<li>Develop with the Naval Architect lead the specialistic knowledge of main Naval Engineer competences such as vessel Hydrostatic, Stability, Hydrodynamic, Dynamic Positioning System, Mooring, Engineering analysis for Offshore installation</li>
<li>Apply and improve technical skills, expertise, knowledge, procedures and tools as required for proposals and project execution</li>
<li>Support naval engineering activities</li>
<li>Improve quality and efficiency in the naval engineering activity</li>
</ul>

<p>The Naval Architect executes the activities within his area of responsibility, ensuring the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements.</p>

<p>Main tasks include:</p>

<ul>
<li>Apply the Naval Engineering acquired competence for the Naval Architec t technical activities</li>
<li>Prepare naval deliverables (procedures, notes, technical reports)</li>
<li>Develop design capability (stability, hydrostatic hydrodynamics, hull, mooring, installation engineering, DP)</li>
<li>Prepare technical documen ts relevant for requisitions, bid analysis and PO</li>
<li>Prepare feedback dossiers from projects</li>
<li>Support the Naval Architect Lead to develop the excellence in naval engineering</li>
<li>Acquire the capability and the skill requested to successfully apply the state of art of numerical tool requested for the naval department engineering activities</li>
<li>Assist the Naval Architect Lead to implement the process of Lesson Learning</li>
<li>Improve technical competence growth of department resources regarding Hydrostatic, Stability, Hydrodynamic, Mooring analysis, Dynamic Positioning System</li>
