Project Cost Controller

Our team is the last line of defense for quality before it goes to our customers. <br><br><b>Partner with the best</b> <br> You will be responsible for the Project Cost-Control of a number of projects and lead an assigned product line fulfilment reporting. You will provide key cost & financial reporting analysis within the team and to other stakeholders (including assigned Fulfilment lead, Project Finance Manager, Project Director and the Senior leadership team). Driving the project team to maintain a cost-focus and maximise the project's financial performance. <br><br>As a Project Cost Controller, you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li>Controlling Project costs for a portfolio of projects. Managing the impact of change orders and identifying and reporting changes in expected cost for project scope. <br></li><li>Leading weekly volume reviews for assigned product line fulfilment locations, tracking and challenging variance to prior estimate and completing HQ submission of estimate.<br></li><li>Working with the team to ensure an accurate EAC (actuals & commitment tracking). <br></li><li>Conducting quarterly forecasting of spend profile across projects, reflecting project execution in line with the project plan. <br></li><li>Conducting quarterly Project Cost Review (PCR) to validate total project cost, presenting to the wider management team. <br></li><li>Assisting in the closure of multiple legal entities at quarter end as required by your project portfolio. <br></li><li>Managing cost budgets & transactional processes within Oracle ERP. <br></li><li>Supporting the cash collection effort by maintaining project team focus on timely achievement of project cash milestones. <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b> <br>To be successful in this role you will: <br><ul><li>Have a relevant finance/accounting qualifications or experience<br></li><li>Have project costing knowledge, with progressing responsibilities <br></li><li>Be a driven individual with proven problem-solving capability <br></li><li>Have strong interpersonal skills and be an effective team player <br></li><li>Be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment and attention to detail <br></li><li>Have a commitment to EHS, integrity and compliance priorities <br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b> <br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
