<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />

Wood is currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator.<br />
<br />
This position is key to future of the Quality Management function, developing talent as future quality leaders within Wood. As people in this position are at the start of their quality management journey the role is mainly in a supporting type, assisting more senior/experienced quality professionals whilst developing and maturing their own understanding of quality principles and techniques.<br />
<br />
This position supports the overall successful delivery of quality management across the organisation.<br />
(Organisation within the context of this role profile describes where area of the business where this role is applied - this can be at a BU/BG, project, or programme level. This position ultimately reports to the relevant quality lead/manager but can be directed by other quality professionals (advisors, seniors, etc).<br />
<br />
<b>Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Provide support as directed by quality professionals in the successful implementation of quality strategies, plans, objectives, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Support the continued communication, development, and improvement of our Business Management System (BMS)</li>
<li>Support in the communication, development, and improvement of other supporting system such as Non-Conformance or customer satisfaction systems undertaking simple data analysis, guided by quality professionals.</li>
<li>Support planned assurance activities through planning, execution, and reporting phases. This may include external assurance (e.g. suppliers and subcontractors)</li>
<li>Support quality professionals in the production of quality deliverables in support of overall project or programme implementation</li>
<li>Engage delivery and supporting functions to increase awareness of interfaces, working practices</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Skills / Qualifications</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Degree/certification or local equivalent in Quality management, or related discipline (desirable)</li>
<li>Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organisations, or equivalent (desirable)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of quality management principles and practices</li>
<li>Proficient in the analysis of processes and data</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Good Level of communication skills in both written and spoked format</li>
<li>Analytical, problem solving skills and systematic thinking</li>
</ul>
