<b> Would you like to take ownership for our HR portal and content strategy? </b><br><br><b>Do you like to work proactively on identifying opportunities to improve Portal usage and Customer experience?<br> </b><br><br><b> Join our Baker Hughes HR Technology Team! </b><br><br>Our team of experts drives a culture of continuous improvement<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>The HR Employee Experience Portal Leader manages the HR portal and content strategy, ensuring alignment with overall HR Operations Shared Services Service Delivery strategic objectives. Accountable for the look, feel and flow of the HR Portal site and related processes flows executed within and intersecting the portal. Owns and sustains the portal site map and site services. Responsible for implementation of end user feedback, cross-content channel decision making, management of release and enhancement schedules and activities. Operates as the primary liaison between content owners, audience, and technology team.<br><br>As a HR Employee Experience Portal Leader , you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Developing support service standards with the HR Portal: such as workflow, policies & procedure guidelines, and data standards.</li><li>Developing and maintaining implementation approaches, tools, and methods for all new HR portal initiatives</li><li>Driving continuous improvement of HR applications within the HR Portal by identifying and adopting best practices, maintaining a proactive sense of the business' needs.</li><li>Providing guidance and counseling to other team members to improve various component of the HR Portal infrastructure (process, case management, knowledgebase, etc.).</li><li>Managing the resolution of customer complaints related to the HR Portal and effectively uses root cause analysis to discover the reason for errors.</li><li>Assisting with policy governance processes and helps to address any knowledge gaps of content / process owners regarding HR portal content service delivery governance, approval process, etc.</li><li>Supporting the management of vendor relationships with business partners, and managing vendor performance programs</li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.</li><li>Have multiple years of experience with HR Case Management systems, as well as a good understanding and subject matter expertise of HR end-to-end process management within associated systems</li><li>Previous experience implementing a process improvement methodology grounded in data analytics (Lean, Kaizen, etc.) highly preferred</li><li>Have full professional proficiency in English.</li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
