<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Charity People is seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Fundraiser (12 month contract) to coordinate volunteer activity in East Kent for this inspirational National Charity and make a genuine difference in people's lives. This full-time Fundraising role is permanent, offering a salary of £26,500 - £30,385 per annum depending on experience.</p><p>The Community Fundraiser will ensure that supporters and other key stakeholders (members, local authorities, partners, etc) receive the support necessary to maximise the impact of their campaign activity. The position is a hybrid role; however, the successful applicant will be expected to live within or near the regional area. A full driving licence with access to a car is essential. </p><p>As a flexible Community Fundraiser, you can expect to manage the day-to-day relationship with supporters, ensuring all financial activity is cost-effective and compliant whilst also ensuring that all supporters have a great experience. Some of your primary duties will include:</p><ul><li>Managing the activity of a range of local supporters and partners (volunteers, regional corporates, and organisations)</li><li>Identifying, planning and monitoring the progress of key activities</li><li>Manage an agreed number of relationships across your area, ensuring that your supporters have the tools, resources, and support necessary to maximise their fundraising activity</li><li>Developing and supporting a portfolio of regional corporate partnerships</li></ul><p>You must be willing to travel throughout the Kent area and have the flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when necessary to apply.
