<b>Take ownership for project management</b><br />
<br />
As the EPC Quality Lead, you will be reporting to the SPS Regional Quality Leader (APACI) and is responsible for ensuring effective application of the Baker Hughes Quality Management System (QMS) in the project environment to ensure that customer requirements are met.<br />
<br />
The successful candidate will be responsible for Quality on all project matters and has an operational reporting line to the Project Director.<br />
<br />
As the EPC Quality Lead, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Creating Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) utilising Baker Hughes QMS &amp; customer specific items detailed in the project contract. Obtain approval from internal &amp; external stakeholders and communicate to all applicable functions &amp; locations</li>
<li>Implementing, maintaining &amp; ensuring adherence of PQMP at all relevant levels</li>
<li>Ensuring that project quality deliverables are completed as detailed in the contract and reviewing project technical requirements &amp; participate in associated activities</li>
<li>Developing, implementing &amp; maintaining project audit schedule</li>
<li>Applying Baker Hughes Quality Management System requirements within the project</li>
<li>Developing effective reporting on project quality metrics for internal &amp; external stakeholders</li>
<li>Acting as interface between customers &amp; Baker Hughes Centres of Excellence (COE) for all project quality matters, providing concise &amp; prompt feedback to internal &amp; external stakeholders for all quality issues</li>
<li>Coordinating delivery of quality requirements &amp; ensure effective and consistent application of Quality processes across the organization in support of project execution</li>
<li>Developing &amp; monitoring Notification of Inspection (NOI) process from COE&
39;s to customers as per contractual requirements.</li>
<li>Tracking &amp; reporting on external inspection (costs vs. project budget) and provide plan to meet budgetary requirements.</li>
<li>Developing effective reporting on project quality metrics</li>
<li>Facilitating close out of non-conformances with COE&
39;s within required timescales</li>
<li>Coordinating Mechanical Completion &amp; Dispatch Dossier activities with COE&
39;s and customer</li>
<li>Attending project and customer meetings as required</li>
<li>Facilitating &amp; obtaining customer approvals for Criticality Risk Assessments and Inspection &amp; Test Plans</li>
<li>Participating in Pre-production Meetings (PPM&
39;s) as required</li>
<li>Contributing to project Life Cycle Information (LCI) requirements</li>
<li>Driving Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) activities associated with project customer complaints to closure</li>
<li>Monitoring &amp; reporting on Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)</li>
<li>Delivering Champion Defect Free Days within the project</li>
<li>Delivering Champion Transactional Net Promoter Score (TNPS) process based on project schedule requirements</li>
<li>Participating/Delivering champion root cause analysis and subsequent actions through NCA/RCA methodology.</li>
<li>Participating &amp; contributing to Transactional Compliance Plan (TCP) requirements</li>
<li>Driving lessons learned process to ensure project learning communicated across the business</li>
<li>Mentoring &amp; coaching Project Quality Engineer&
39;s (PQE)</li>
<li>Driving lean/simplification effort within manufacturing focusing on quality, acting as subject matter expert for all project related quality issues</li>
<li>Leading customer audits of Baker Hughes &amp; supplier sites and Baker Hughes Quality outcomes at supplier manufacturing (e.g. subsea manifolds) sites</li>
<li>Participating in resolution of supplier quality issues, risk and HAZID reviews, facilitating Management of Change</li>
<li>Coordinating Lessons Learned &amp; Project Close Out Report with Project Director</li>
</ul>

<li>Have 5 years minimum quality experience in EPC/manufacturing background from the O&amp;G or hardware/machinery industry</li>
<li>Have prior experience managing team preferred</li>
<li>Have ISO 9001 or API Q1 expertise is mandatory</li>
<li>Have appropriate tertiary level qualification in Engineering or Quality Management</li>
<li>Have Quality auditor training &amp; qualification</li>
<li>Have Energy Technology -Subsea experience is preferred</li>
<li>Be able to travel domestically more than 30% for business.</li>
<li>Have good oral and written communication skills in Chinese Mandarin and English.</li>
