Job Summary<br />
As the Digital space in SLB is growing more than ever, we are really looking for someone to come in with some fresh ideas on attracting digital talent into the organization. This role is responsible for recruiting fresh graduates and experienced professionals in software engineering, software architecture, Data Science and Analytics and other Digital profiles to join our growing teams in the UK region. You will work with our Head of Talent Acquisition and also in partnership with senior stakeholders and the recruitment team, to build and manage a network of high-quality profiles to support delivery of our business.<br />
Responsibilities and Duties<br />
The Digital Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end management of the candidate recruitment process.</p>

<ul>
<li>Build and actively implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best technical talent</li>
<li>Conduct market research and use data to build talent insights and recommend</li>
<li>Direct head hunting of candidates on professional social networks</li>
<li>Identify target universities and participate in school forums and career fairs</li>
<li>Plan events such as hackathons, workshops, insight weeks, etc.</li>
<li>Carrying out pre-selection interviews and recruitment drives</li>
<li>Support the implementation of specific initiatives related to diversity and inclusion</li>
<li>Responsible for defining candidate assessment process</li>
<li>Process improvements in hiring, candidate experience and onboarding</li>

39;s degree required</li>
</ul>

<p>Experience and exposure</p>

<ul>
<li>First-hand experience in recruitment of digital/IT profiles</li>
<li>Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)</li>
<li>Strong client focus and stakeholder management</li>
<li>Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards)</li>
<li>A collaborative approach in measuring and reporting on the sourcing and outreach efforts.</li>
