The Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist We are actively recruiting and interviewing for future positions in the Recruitment team. Overview of the role: As a Talent Acquisition Speciaist, Early Career Program, you will have an opportunity to engage key talent in the market and unfold the story of Schneider Electric as an employer of choice. You will make an impact in candidates’ career development by sharing our meaningful purpose to ensure Life is On through digital Responsibilities: Design and execute a University Recruiting Strategy for our Early Career Programs Manage end to end recruitment of our Early Career programs including but not limited to Schneider Graduate Program, internship and trainee program Build and maintain strong relationships with campus career offices, faculty members, student clubs and external professional bodies Plan and execute campus and university strategies and activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team Work closely with the Employer Branding community in the zone and be a trusted advisor to Business Leaders and the broader HR Community on Early Career Program Analyze and interpret metrics to measure success of Early Career program Create a strong alumni networking strategy to leverage on the influence of SE Leaders Continuous review and enhancement of Early Career program structure to deliver a meaningful experience for all Assume stretched projects to achieve the Cluster’s Talent Acquisition objectives (as required) Qualifications What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor’s Degree graduate At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Previous experience in early career recruiting will be essential. Able to adapt well in a fast-paced working environment. Working knowledge of Taleo or other applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media and recruiting channels Strong customer service mind set, attention to detail and good prioritization skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good business acumen and strong consulting skills to engage and influence the hiring managers and candidates Good project management and multi-tasking skills Must be open to work in Rosario, Cavite What’s in it for me?
