<b>Duties &amp; Responsibilities </b><br />

<b>Functions </b><br />
<br />
ESSENTIAL</p>

<ul>
<li><b>Check and control Revenue database to ensure input is correct </b></li>
<li><b>Prepare monthly reconciliation between Revenue database and T&amp;L record to identify late TSs to ensure no missing revenue. </b></li>
<li><b>Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations </b></li>
<li><b>Support Snr Finance Analyst to analyze and book adjustments based on BS reconciliation </b></li>
<li><b>Support Snr Finance Analyst in monthly cost / revenue trend analysis and variance investigation </b></li>
<li><b>Upload month close journals into PSFT </b></li>
<li><b>Run various PSFT reports as required. </b></li>
<li><b>Run on weekly basis AR report to ensure no overdue </b></li>
<li><b>Support Finance Team on daily activities and month close process </b></li>
</ul>

NON-ESSENTIAL</p>

<li>Assist QTC team if required</li>
<li>Any other tasks as required by Management.</li>

<li>Experience working with PSFT /BP Vendor Portal / Ariba / Backbone is preferable</li>
</ul>

<b>Knowledge, Experience, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics </b></p>

<ul>
<li>English - fluent ( oral &amp; write) (E)</li>
<li>Experience with world recognized soft wares ( People Soft / Oracle is preferable)</li>
<li>Advanced excel knowledge (E)</li>
<li>3+ year experience of work for international companies (E)</li>
<li>Computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - proficient in Excel (E)</li>
<li>Good team player (E)</li>
<li>Good communicator both written and verbal (E)</li>
