Our Subsea Production Systems division works closely with our customers to design, build and sustain assets, infrastructure and facilities.<br><br><b>Make a difference in our business</b><br><br>A Lead Project QA Engineer develops and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements. Ensuring projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive), developing operational plan for own department. Operational contributions to plan of the larger unit.<br><br>As a Lead Project QA Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Managing EPC tendering and project execution phases by verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled, maximized customer satisfaction and profitability.<br></li><li>Establishing and executing project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract.<br></li><li>Ensuring customer quality requirement, feedback of Experience/Lessons Learned are taken into account in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and improvement.<br></li><li>Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.<br></li><li>Communicating the broader picture to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.<br></li><li>Being part of the service unit to provide services to the function or directly to the business.<br></li><li>Handling department work guided by procedures. Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with minimum 5 years of experience in QA Engineering.<br></li><li>Have good oral and written communication skills.<br></li><li>Have good interpersonal and leadership skills to be able to influence others and lead small teams<br></li><li>Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact, able to coordinate several projects simultaneously<br></li><li>Have effective problem identification and solution skills, has proven analytical and organizational ability.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
