Come be part of something special - start your journey today! <br><br>The Manufacturing Quality Engineer (QE) leads Process/Product analysis and process improvement initiatives in<br>our dynamic equipment manufacturing environments. The QE works closely with the Operations, Product<br>Management, Sourcing Quality, Sourcing, and Service teams to ensure that Products are delivered with the highest<br>possible level of quality. The QE is an active participant in the operations of the company's QA department, a great<br>communicator, and a forward-thinking strategist.<br>The Quality Engineer will: &bull; Analyze Process/Product data to assess Production Quality. &bull; Create/modify and<br>implement Quality Product Quality Control Plans. &bull; Implement testing policies, procedures and standards across<br>products. &bull; Adapt Inspection and/or testing strategies to meet Product roadmaps. &bull; Collaborate with a variety of<br>internal and external users to acquire and exchange information on QA issues, processes, and best practices. &bull; <br>Assess risks early in the production pipeline and deliver recommendations for issue resolution and risk mitigation.<br>Requirements: &bull; Demonstrated experience with a Production Line control (QA/QC role). &bull; Have excellent analytical<br>and problem-solving skills. &bull; Have strong Project Management skills. &bull; Have the ability to work in a fast-paced<br>environment &bull; Have the ability to innovate and assist in improving product quality and internal processes. &bull; Have<br>strong comprehension of basic Engineering drawings; electrical diagrams, control loop diagrams, mechanical layout<br>diagrams and process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).<br>Asset: &bull; Experience with water treatment technologies and equipment &bull; Certification with Continuous<br>Improvement tools such as: Root Cause Analysis tools, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. &bull; Team Leader<br>experience. &bull; Familiarity and experience with ISO 9001 standards and industry standards such as CSA, UL,<br>IEC, etc. &bull; Familiarity with Cloud based applications. &bull; Demonstrated experience with digitization initiatives.<br>Education Required:<br>? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering<br>? CQE considered an asset<br>Experience Required:<br>?
