Wood is currently looking for a <b>Senior Recruiter</b> to join our global Consulting business. This opportunity is based in our Perth CBD office and is a permanent role.<br />

Reporting to the Senior Resourcing Manager and working as part of a collaborative Resourcing team, you will be r esponsible for managing resourcing delivery for Wood&
39;s Consulting business across the Asia Pacific region.<br />

As Senior Recruiter, you will:</p>

<li>Focal point the full resourcing life cycle while partnering with stakeholders across talent planning, mapping, sourcing, engagement, screening, assessment, hiring and on-boarding</li>
<li>Be instrumental as a trusted advisor to both managers and candidates alike; built on your intimate market knowledge, recruitment expertise, vast professional network, and enduring relationships</li>

<b>Skills / Qualifications </b><br />
<br />
Ideally you will have relevant experience in a similar Senior Recruiter role specialising in Engineering / Technical professions within the Oil &amp; Gas / Energy sector.<br />
<br />
<b>What will set you apart will be your </b><b> innovative approach to talent acquisition coupled with traditional recruitment methods to source specialist Engineering talent. External agency experience would also be an asset but not essential. </b><br />
<br />
In addition, you will also have:</p>

<ul>
<li>A customer service approach to stakeholder management (both internal and external)</li>
<li>Proven experience coaching and challenging leadership and their teams toward high performing resource delivery</li>
<li>An ability to facilitate a robust recruitment process at pace, while delivering a seamless candidate experience</li>
<li>Experience in candidate attraction and sourcing - advert writing, phone screening, CV reviewing, shortlisting, interview scheduling and networking</li>
<li>Excellent administration skills and flexibility to manage varying tasks with often changing and competing priorities</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)</li>
<li>Professional presentation and a proactive approach to tasks with diligent attention to detail</li>
<li>A &quot;solutions mindset&quot; with the ability to work under pressure while being able to consistently deliver within complex environment</li>
<li>Tech &amp; Social media savvy with intermediate ability across MS Office (Excel, Word), LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems</li>
</ul>
