For a balanced planet.<br><br><b> Location: </b><br> <br> Clamart<br><br><b> Job Summary: </b><br> <br> The quality department of one of the largest SLB tech center is looking for a Product Quality Engineer focused on high technology electro-mechanical assemblies. The Product quality engineer is in charge of leading standard quality mission including monitoring and improvement of QA/QC, continuous improvement, nonconformance investigation...But also the product quality engineer is in charge of supporting the digital transformation our quality department is going through. Indeed, the future of quality involves lot of data analysis, data display and potentially AI.<br> <br> For this key job oriented technical and digital we are looking for a motivated candidate who would be willing to address numerous challenges in the coming future. <br><br><b> Essential Responsibilities and Duties: </b><br> <ul> <li> Assist in defining and developing quality program status indicators and performance measurements.</li> <li> Provide trend analysis on quality issues and performance metrics.</li> <li> Conduct internal audits.</li> <li> Review of internal Quality Inspection plan and challenge it: FPY, RTY, Statistical analysis...</li> <li> Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for inspections and testing in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).</li> <li> Contribute to Quality Improvement Plans.</li> <li> Investigate and address product non-conformances, working with relevant subject matter experts as needed.</li> <li> Acquire and analyze data across a spectrum of business environments to facilitate process analysis and improvements. Use metrics, reporting and process control tools to track, analyze and problem solve.</li> <li> Utilize statistical quality tools and techniques to lower total quality costs.</li> <li> Coordinate deviation and non-conformance processes and ensure corrective and preventive actions address fundamental causes.</li> <li> Create and classify Product Quality (PQ) incident reports. Lead and coordinate PQ investigations.</li> <li> Provide QMS training and ensure appropriate competency levels are maintained.</li> <li> Ensure compliance to internal and external management systems.</li> <li> Support the data cleansing and data display in powerBI dashboard</li> <li> Support the potential machine learning projects</li> <li> Support AI projects (NLP, Pictures analysis, ML...)</li> </ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications: </b><br> <br> We are looking for a mechanical or electrical engineer recently fresh out or candidate with 3 to 5 years experience. Knowledge in quality is appreciated.
