The school aim to provide a nurturing and structured, calm learning environment which supports their pupils to develop self-belief and a positive attitude towards learning. They believe that children who have autism can learn, make progress and succeed with committed and knowledgeable good autism practice. <br />The school are seeking to appoint an outstanding Learning Support assistant to provide 1:1 support to a Year 5 pupil with autism. Previous experience working with children as a Learning Support Assistant with autism is desirable.
