HR Digital Learning Services Specialist

What will you do? Manage our daily support to different Learning Teams in Europe, as well as employees, managers and HR through our HR support system, acting as a Tier 2 Support the Digital Services team as a point of contact of the learning HR systems, providing advice and expertise Prepare different reports and analysis regarding learning data Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our global team in charge of Global Digital Services support (Tier 3) Cascade regularly information, changes, updates of learning systems or procedures to our learning and Tier 1 teams Participate in review of learning processes to introduce continuous improvement driving digitization, simplification and automation Ensure proper maintenance of procedures documentation, process maps and knowledge articles Support our Learning Services Teams in various learning projects locally, regionally, and globally Ensure close monitoring of business process efficiency - propose improvements, support change management ...if you have... +1 years’ experience in Learning & Development and/or HR tools Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study Very good command of spoken and written English Highly developed communication skills Ability to work with different partners, departments, and teams Self-organization, detail oriented and team-working skills Proactiveness, ownership and can-do attitude Digital savviness and willingness to develop digital skills ...and would like to have...
