You'll ensure quality equipment are manufactured to avoid unfavorable incidents when the equipment is deployed in oilfields. You'll have the opportunity to work with a large network of global supply chain.</b><br><br><b><b>As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be responsible for:</b></b><br><ul><li><b>Creating CMM programs (Zeiss).</b><br></li><li><b>Performing various inspection and testing (e.g. Visual, Dimensional, Hardness Test, CMM, NDT, Shear Test).</b><br></li><li><b>Initiating non-conformance reports (NCR) when products are not meeting Quality and Engineering requirement.</b><br></li><li><b>Assisting with investigation and containment action when NCR is reported.</b><br></li><li><b>Generating inspection reports/records as required.</b><br></li><li><b>Supporting QC-related requests, across different business units within the global organization.</b><br></li><li><b>Complying to HSE & Quality policy. Keenly participate in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned.</b><br></li><li><b>Maintaining 5S standards at assigned work area.</b><br></li></ul><br><br><b><b>Fuel your passion</b></b><br><br><b><b>To be successful in this role you will:</b></b><br><ul><li><b>Have knowledge of mechanical inspection and precision manufacturing processes.</b><br></li><li><b>Have ability to read and understand Engineering Mechanical Drawings and relevant Quality procedures in English.</b><br></li><li><b>Have experience working with measuring instruments and gauges.</b><br></li><li><b>Show a working knowledge and the ability to perform Visual and Dimensional inspections.</b><br></li><li><b>Show willingness to perform specialized inspection and testing (e.g. Hardness Test, CMM, NDT, Shear Test).
