<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
The primary function of this position supports company&
39;s efforts to HSE Department goals, to develop, prepare, maintain and deliver QP and Contractor HSE compliance programs. Professional HSE guidance and leadership in training, policy &amp; procedure development, audits, risk assessments, QP HSEMS and contractor HSE programs, and other HSE activities.<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health safety and NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum. Degree and/or MSc Degree in relevant subject.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull;10 years&
39; experience minimum, 2 years as a Manager/Supervisory, Broad knowledge of HSE matters, HSE laws, Regulations, policies and procedures. &bull; High organization and negotiation skills, Strong leadership and communication skills. &bull; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong customer (operations) focus &amp; credibility within the organization, Able to develop personnel. &bull; Subject matter apprenticeship or trade associated in line with the role is advantageous<br />
