Job Description: The Treasury Operations Senior Analyst reports directly to the Treasury Manager Operations and is responsible for assisting with all Treasury operations processes of New Consumer Health Company (NCHC). This includes assisting in performing netting, and management of the in-house bank. The analyst also supports the global Treasury organization regarding the intercompany lending process.  Additional responsibilities include: Support the in-house bank account structures for global cash management functions  Track the overall credit limit positions on a day-to-day basis Assist with the administration of the monthly netting cycle Support for the internal Intercompany settlement processes Assist with the management and execution of bank guarantees and letters of credit Assist with the Intercompany lending process by maintaining intercompany loan documentation and interest calculations Qualifications Position Requirements: Strong analytic skills – Ability to standardize varying data processes/inputs Strong verbal and written communication skills Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals Fluent in English as a minimum   Min 1-3 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics Knowledge of cash management, accounting, finance, tax, and banking relationships   Preferred Competencies: Experience working with banking products and services Experience in Treasury Operations or General Finance Experience in Treasury Management Systems  Certified Treasury Professional At Johnson & Johnson, we’re on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
