Summary The Project Controls & Compliance Analyst I coordinate project activities to include, setting up projects in the accounting system and providing procedures and recommendations to corporate departments, Strategic Business Units (SBU) and Subsidiaries to ensure compliance with contract specifications. $46,162 - $83,027 a year Responsibilities Read and understand proposals, subcontracts, government, and commercial contract documents Set up and maintain projects in Deltek Costpoint, accounting system according to contract specifications and reporting requirements (project setup encompasses, but is not limited to, revenue & billing formulas, indirect ceilings, fixed fee rates, workforces, etc.) Review and process contract modifications into accounting system Prepare and distribute contract briefs Create and maintain modification logs Support projects through close out of contracts Disseminate project related information to corporate departments, SBUs and Subsidiaries Coordinate with Central Treasury, Accounting, Human Resources, Strategic Business Units, and Subsidiaries on project setup Assist, as needed, in maintenance of D&B, SAM.gov registrations and other government website databases Support and troubleshoot accounting staff, SBUs and subsidiaries as related to project setup and contract compliance Provide weekly project updates to Project Controls & Compliance Analyst Lead Provide guidance to Project Assistants No Supervisory Responsibilities Other duties as assigned Qualifications Associates degree in accounting or related field.
