<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>We are looking for a skilled UI Designer to take responsibility for the design of digital products at Kew, including kew.org and externally facing digital products. You’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary team, working creatively to deliver results that balance user needs and business goals, understanding that as a complex, not-for-profit organisation we have both commercial and non-commercial objectives.</p>
<p>The UI Designer is responsible for designing the look and feel and interactive elements of our digital products, ensuring that they are designed to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. They will take an evidence-based approach to design by understanding user needs, and then iteratively develop and test designs to achieve the best results. This role sits within the Digital Experience department.</p>
<p><strong>This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.</strong></p>
