<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Prospectus is excited to be partnering with our client in the search for a Major Donor Manager to join their fundraising team.</p>
<p>Our client is a faith-based organisation who enables people to put their faith at the heart of daily life and to bring Christ to their communities. As the Major Donor Manager, you will lead on the implementation and development of the organisation's philanthropy and engagement activities. This will include identifying and cultivating relationships with mid and high-level individual donors. With some existing relationships in place and with the opportunity to grow the portfolio, this role will use both face-to-face and desk-based relationship building methods.</p>
<p>To be successful as the Major Donor Manager, this person will have proven experience securing four, five or six-figure income from individuals. This could be through previous Major Donor, Corporate or Community fundraising. You will be confident in building upon both existing and new relationships, and understand how to identify and engage new donors with an organisation. You will also be comfortable working within a small team and building internal relationships to support the delivery and growth of the charities major donor fundraising.</p>
<p>This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices. The salary for this role is £40,000 to £45,000.</p>
