This may include partnering or working closely with key vendors and service providers as well as technology team members to plan and manage a tool set that supports business needs and is in compliance with corporate and industry standards, including the following:</p><ul><li>Working in different phases of testing;</li><li>Supporting testing tools and processes like MicroFocus UFT, Selenium, Cucumber, Qualitia, etc;</li><li>Understanding of Performance Testing tools;</li><li>Understanding of Behaviour driven frameworks;</li><li>Creating test reports, metrics, test plans and dashboards;</li><li>Understanding of SDLC/Agile Methodologies and DevOps;</li><li>Understanding of process analysis, defect management, and risk <span>assessment/mitigation;</span> and,</li><li>Working independently or in team oriented environments and meet deadlines.</li></ul><p></p><p>Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in supporting Quality Assurance and Testing-based engagements, which includes the following:</p><ul><li>Assisting with assessments and appraising the maturity of existing test organizations against full life cycles of a defined Testing Methodology;</li><li>Helping to implement recommendations that lead clients to a higher level of maturity and improve efficiencies;</li><li>Assisting in engagements which may include Development Integration Testing (Component/Feature Testing), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Acceptance Testing (PAT), supporting responses for proposal documents and project teams for client engagements;</li><li>Helping to implement testing recommendations, organizational designs and other process recommendations;</li><li>Performing Quality Assurance and Testing-related work;</li><li>Providing technical and consulting support from Quality Assurance &amp; Testing-related activities and functions; and,</li><li>Understanding of SDLC.</li></ul><p></p><p>Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with leading Quality &amp; Assurance Testing engagements that provide clients with a program, methodology, tools and templates to capture and classify their application portfolios, analyze functional redundancies, assess performance considerations and calculate total cost of ownership, which includes thorough abilities to utilize the following:</p><ul><li>Testing tools certification;</li><li>Possessing SDLC methodology certification (ITIL etc.);</li><li>Possessing Project Management (PMP) certification;</li><li>Performing Functional / System Testing;</li><li>Performing Test Plan reviews and developments;</li><li>Performing Test Script development;</li><li>Understanding of Quality Center and other testing tools and/or testing tool certifications; and,</li><li>Understanding of Automation of performance metrics and technologies that support this, including Microsoft Access, Microsoft SharePoint, and Program Assessment Rating tool.</li></ul><br>At PwC, our work model includes three ways of working: virtual, in-person, and flex (a hybrid of in-person and virtual).
