The Lead, Talent Acquisition Partner- Early in Career will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition to create and implement highly differentiated strategies that ensures J&J is attracting, assessing and acquiring top Early in Career talent in the marketplace. [Responsibilities] • Responsible for Campus Recruiting (Early in Career) of North Asia • Own the whole end-to-end recruiting process by embracing new technologies to ensure that the sourcing, recruiting, assessment, offer, onboarding and communication processes run smoothly contributing to a positive candidate experience and employer equity. • Responsible for recruitment and selection projects and recommend changes to the process to increase attraction and retention of highly qualified applicants. • Proactively source (e.g. networking, internet research, university events & conferences) and recruit for University hires corporate-wide. • Establish the external network with University Relationships, including career centers, student groups, and professors • Develop and execute diversity hiring initiatives and EVP to bring in diverse top talent • Provide ongoing advising value to clients to improve search/recruitment efforts • Be the one of the team members of APAC Early In Career team to drive the local recruitment, engagement and project implementation • Be the key driver of Early In Career of North Asia to collaborate with other team members of APAC to deliver the good performance [Requirements] • A bachelor's degree is required. • A minimum of 2-3 years professional experience with at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or in a related field of work is required • Project management skills with the demonstrate ability to interact with senior business leaders to drive their Early Talent recruiting processes • Strong presentation skills to connect with broad audiences with impact • Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data to insights • Understanding of the under-grad, graduate and MBA, recruitment landscape (education system, qualifications, university recruitment cycles) and exposure to Early in Career Strategy are preferred.
