All expressions of interest will be treated confidentially.<br><br><b>Roles & Responsibilities:</b><ul> <li>Support the development and articulation of the overall financial and strategic message to investors and analysts</li> <li>Support the formalization of external communication strategies, frameworks and processes and ensure that all communications follow these frameworks</li> <li>Track and analyze information from the broker / analyst / investment community, compare those with internal forecasts and support in the preparation of Board / Management reports outlining key findings and trends</li> <li>Review and summarize analyst reports, and aggregate information from various financial data sources</li> <li>Monitor price sensitive news and assess potential impact on investors/stock prices</li> <li>Support in the development and maintenance of investor relations calendars </li> <li>Support in the drafting of all investor relations communication materials and public documents, including presentations, announcements, Q&A documents, information memos, briefings, website content etc.</li> <li>Support Head of IR in tracking investor related issues and support in the co-ordination of the messaging on liaising with the Communications Team </li> <li>Support in the preparation of annual reports </li> <li>Support in the management and coordination of presentations for the annual shareholder meetings</li> <li>Support in the management of the quarterly earnings process and preparations, schedule and external sources</li> </ul><br><b>Requirements</b><ul> <li>Qualifications in finance, commerce, accounting or similar</li> <li>Master's degree in finance or related field is an added advantage</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication, and influencing skills</li> <li>Full proficiency in English, proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage</li> <li>Experience in investment banking, capital markets and/or corporate investor relations or finance</li> <li>Experience with performing data extraction and analysis</li> <li>Experience with data visualization tools </li> <li>Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software; familiarity with IR focused software/tools a plus</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and external parties</li> </ul><br>Experience of supporting the team in project and stakeholder management<br><br>Group Company: ADNOC Drilling <br><br>Dec 23, 2021
