Under direct supervision, performs standard tasks using established methods, principles, concepts & procedure related to software. Plans and executes quality assurance (QA) processes and activities in conjunction with software development projects and tasks to ensure that software applications and products conform to user requirements and are fit-to-purpose <br><ul><li> Perform testing of software applications and systems </li><li> Identify, reproduce, record and report problems with software </li><li> Maintain existing test scripts and test cases and develop new ones based on new requirements </li><li> Perform regression and defect testing activity in manual and automation mode </li><li> Execute automated test scripts, identify requirements for test scripts </li><li> Unit testing, Quality Assurance regression testing, ticket testing of bug fixes with collateral damage validation, interface and integration testing, environmental and performance testing on multiple platforms </li><li> May assist in review or creation of user manuals </li><li> Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions </li><li> Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies </li><li> Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><b> REQUIRED </b><br><ul><li> 0-2+ years related experience </li><li> Minimum Bachelor Degree </li></ul><br><b> PREFERRED </b><br><ul><li> Knowledge of Software QA methods, processes, practices and systems </li><li> Able to design and execute manual test cases based on the system requirements </li><li> Analytical troubleshooting skills, with ability identify, track and document issues </li><li> Computer Proficiency, Master of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook </li><li> Ability to take direction and work well with others </li><li> Able to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li> Willingness and ability to learn new systems </li><li> Basic verbal and written communication skills </li><li> Basic understanding of agile practices </li><li> knowledge of software test automation concepts </li></ul>
