Our team is responsible for the cybersecurity architecture and data protection for our global organization. Our global team provides cyber security consulting and guidance to all Baker Hughes lines of business, and also responsible for ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes policies, standards and procedures. <br><br><b> Play a pivotal role in our business </b><br><br>The Staff Cyber Endpoint Security Architect will develop and support Baker Hughes Digital's global endpoint cyber maturity effort. As a member of the Cyber Security team, you will partner with suppliers, solution providers and internal teams to help secure Baker Hughes assets and infrastructure reducing our exposure to cyber risk. <br><br>As a <b>Cyber Security Architect - Endpoint Security</b> you will be responsible for: <br><br>&bull; Defining strategy and technology roadmap for endpoint Cyber Security Programs and providing hands-on technical capability to deliver high value outcomes to the business <br><br> &bull; Identifying IT solutions, build a cybersecurity design and assessment framework , leading the assessments and evaluations of existing solutions, and leading the remediation of cyber security risks or vulnerabilities <br><br> &bull; Documenting secure architecture, design strategies and roadmaps for Baker Hughes and customer solutions Identifying and delivering appropriate metrics for endpoint security solutions reporting framework based on business risk <br><br> &bull; Leading strategic projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business and be a recognized expert in security architecture and design <br><br> &bull; Evaluating new threats, solutions and the impact on IT and Business operations and balancing these needs to develop and implement the best security solutions for the business <br><br> &bull; Creating a strategy to mitigate risk and perpetuate attack surface reduction whilst performing periodic assessments, gap analysis, and provide recommendations for improving asset and application security <br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will: <br><br>&bull; Have a deep understanding of operating systems security configurations and operating systems generally; Windows Server/Desktop/IoT/Teams, Mac, LINUX, UNIX, iOS and Android <br><br> &bull; Experience of enterprise vulnerability management - Enterprise asset discovery <br><br> &bull; Experience in implementing specialist security frameworks including CIS Benchmarks for a broad range of endpoints <br><br> &bull; Be highly experienced in EDR/XDR solutions such as Crowdstrike, Microsoft ATP, Windows Defender <br><br> &bull; Experience in Maintaining/managing endpoint compliance including system hardening, host firewall settings, endpoint applications, regulatory requirements, audit issues, endpoint security tools such as DLP, AV, EDR, patching etc <br><br> &bull; Be experienced at balancing high-pressure work and tight deadlines <br><br> &bull; Have experience with the full range of Microsoft security products <br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
