Wood is looking for a P&amp;O Advisor for Milan office. The role provides a variety of generalist HR services necessary for the employee life cycle including assignment, motivation, training and development of qualified employees for their area of the business<br />
<br />
<b>Key Accountabilities &amp; Responsibilities </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Provision of advice and support to key stakeholders on P&amp;O policies, procedures, guidelines and employment legislation</li>
<li>Act as a focal point for all stakeholders regarding any issues relating to conditions of employment, salary, benefits and employee relations</li>
<li>Gather training needs, identify and organize relevant courses</li>
<li>Conduct payroll investigations, manage overpayments / underpayments in line with the requirements of applicable processes</li>
<li>Support to Global Mobility advisors regarding local requirements in compliance with European legislation</li>
<li>Undertake office and site visits (on a business trip basis) if required</li>
<li>Support and assist all P&amp;O projects</li>
<li>Investigates and resolves day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management.</li>
<li>Investigates and advises both management and employees on personnel matters, preparing briefing papers as required</li>
<li>Collect and manipulate data sets and analyze trends and arising issues</li>
<li>Supervises the preparation of supporting paperwork and subsequent filing</li>

<b>Skills / Qualifications </b></p>

<li>Degree qualified in HR related or business management qualification - preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience in an HR environment (2/ 4 years)</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Italian mother tongue</li>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
</ul>
