39;s code of ethics and business conduct.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><br><br><p><b><u>Job Requirements and Preferences</u></b><span>:</span><br /><br /><b><u>Basic Qualifications</u></b><span>:</span><br /><br /><b>Minimum Degree Required</b><span>:</span><br /><span>High School Diploma</span><br /><br /><b>Minimum Years of Experience</b><span>:</span><br /><span>4 year(s)</span><br /><br /><b><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></b><span>:</span><br /><br /><b>Degree Preferred</b><span>:</span><br /><span>Bachelor Degree</span><br /><br /><b>Preferred Knowledge/Skills</b><span>:</span></p><p><b>Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record in understanding the</b><span> </span>strategic objectives of recruiting and supporting teams who are performing entry-level and experienced recruiting processes within the professional services industry including the following areas:</p><p>-Talent Acquisition Technology including upskilling and showing a keen interest in Technology enablement and process improvement initiatives including having a foundational understanding of other core Talent Acquisition tech such as the CRM (candidate relationship management system), ideally Smashfly and/or Yello, Applicant tracking system, and Workday, with respect to candidate experience, recruiter experience and functionality;</p><p>-Google’s cloud-based collaboration tools including but not limited to Sheets, Docs, Slides, Hangouts, Drive and Keep with respect to developing solutions to provide efficiencies to daily operations of the recruiters in the field;</p><p>-Inbound Talent Channel work (Direct Sourcing, Referrals, Alumni, Agencies, and Applicants); and,</p><p>-Understanding of OFCCP regulations and other employment law and policy considerations.</p><p></p><p><b>Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success</b><span> </span>in a strategic operations or project management role, which include the following areas:</p><p>-Performing ad hoc analyses, presentations, thought ideas, as requested by various leadership groups;</p><p>-Working independently and autonomously, as well as communicating and negotiating effectively with all levels;</p><p>-Collaborating with subject matter specialists and vendors to manage the design, implementation and execution of key projects and investments associated with Talent Acquisition strategic priorities;</p><p>-Contributing to the development of new technologies and recruiting project management by analyzing technological and other trends in talent acquisition;</p><p>-Demonstrating awareness, understanding, and the ability to champion change through Technology investments;</p><p>-Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff, and coaching staff where applicable, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;</p><p>-Ability to innovate and create a vision for process improvement including areas such as automation and other areas of digital fitness;</p><p>-Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, identifying tasks, dependencies, deadlines, and risks around TA Technology enablement and awareness;</p><p>-Managing multiple work streams and stakeholders to drive tasks to completion;</p><p>-Active listening followed by iterative questioning skills, seeking the root problem and utilizing fundamental process knowledge to problem solve;</p><p>-Developing Training and Communication Plans as necessary; and,</p><p>-Contributing to the development of new technologies and recruiting project management by analyzing technological trends in talent acquisition.</p><br>At PwC, our work model includes three ways of working: virtual, in-person, and flex (a hybrid of in-person and virtual).
