Position Summary This role will ensure that General Mills is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally. The role is heavily dependent on working across departments and markets, and building relationships with business teams (hiring managers and HR). We are looking for a lead who is passionate about recruitment, a fast learner and a team player, comfortable with challenging the status quo. The ideal candidate will have a customer service approach, a global mindset, attention to detail and will be a self-starter focused on delivering exceptional results. Job Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Responsible for technology recruiting strategy and delivery for the respective line of business Leading a team of recruiters and sourcers for technology hiring Partner with Business Head and Hiring Managers to manage short-term & long-term headcount needs Manage the entire recruitment process from attracting talent to onboarding, tracking and reporting Actively build our talent brand through various channels like Social Media Responsible for the entire gamut of hiring including Campus, Volume Hiring, Niche Hiring, Diversity & Inclusion, Market intelligence & insights Responsible for recruitment metrics.while leveraging the Applicant Tracking System Champion an efficient, effective, and inclusive hiring process with heightened candidate experience Drive process improvements & ideas that drive business impact Manage the recruitment budget and local Recruitment Agency relationships Functional Excellence Ensure consistent application of Recruitment CoE policies, practices and processes Partner with local HR to ensure deep understanding of local talent requirements Support and champion the CoE strategies with local teams Keep up to date on local recruitment market trends and best practices Serve as process owner and support continuous improvement for employee onboarding Support the local HR team on Learning and Development projects Qualification Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters Preferred Major Area of Study: HR Minimum 8 years & above relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
