In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.       Key Responsibilities Provide high level technical tax and legal advice to management in the administration of the company’s worldwide employee compensation and benefit plans. Responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations applicable to employee compensation and benefits.  Advise management regarding tax and legal requirements in areas including qualified retirement plans, stock- based compensation, employee welfare benefit plans, employee fringe benefits, mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, and executive compensation matters Advise on payroll withholding and reporting matters and other global employee compensation and benefits matters At Johnson & Johnson, we’re on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity. Qualifications Position Requirements: Juris doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.  Minimum of one active state (or District of Columbia) bar admission is required. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience at a law firm, accounting firm and/or major corporation advising clients or management on a wide variety of employee compensation & benefits tax and legal matters is required. Working knowledge of the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code applicable to the taxation of employee compensation and benefits and of the Employee Retirement and Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) is required.  Exposure to and general knowledge of the laws of some major non-U.S. jurisdictions with respect to employee compensation and benefit matters, reporting and withholding, and employee location compliance are required.  Excellent business partnering and communication skills e.g., the ability to communicate highly technical matters to management whose knowledge may be more general.  Primary Location United States-New Jersey-New Brunswick-One Johnson & Johnson Plaza Organization Johnson & Johnson (6067) Job Function Finance Requisition ID 2206055747W
