Manager Professional Education & Development, Brazil Strategy

The Professional Education & Development – Manager primary role is lead the Education Projects and expand the reach of Professional educational and business support to customers within Brazil. This will be achieved throughout educational programs aligned with de business needs Optimizing customers’ and key influencers’ awareness of the clinical benefits of Johnson & Johnson Vision care portfolio. Participating in dialogues with ECPs and lead practice visits and peer-to-peer recommendation initiative connecting with educational initiatives to increase knowledge and confidence in the portfolio and technology of vision care. Understand professional and clinical support needed by the business to build scientific review and claim substantiation of Brazil professional and marketing material while ensuring robust local copy clearance process is in place. Partnering and interaction between sales, marketing, professional marketing and HCC is key to understand clinical, technical and performance differences between Vision care portfolio and key competitor products. Ensures robust local copy clearance process is in place, supported by regular training of the PED, Marketing and local teams as the need arises and also to ensure substantiation of all claims in materials. You´ll shape need for the future new studies, in-market assessment or market research surveys in Brazil to generate new regional or local claims and this might require travels within Brazil (but also globally if needed) to perform the above. Qualifications University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Medicine. Preferred qualified Ophthalmologist or Health Professional with strong background in Ophthalmology sector. Generally Requires 8-10 Years Work Experience. English advanced. Spanish intermediary.
