<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Great new opportunity to join this well-known media company as their HR Advisor on a fixed term contract for 8 - 12 months. Based in Central London (2 days in the office with three days remote) this would suit either an experienced HR advisor or an HR assistant or co-ordinator looking to make a step up</p>
<p>The role entails full generalist HR support including</p>
<ul>
<li>Advising on HR Policies, Procedures &amp; Administration</li>
<li>Supporting the Talent Advisor during high volumes of recruitment and the graduate scheme</li>
<li>Assisting with HR Projects&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coaching Managers&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>You will need</p>
<ul>
<li>Previous HR experience &nbsp;ideally from a media or creative environment&nbsp;</li>
<li>A good understanding of HR procedures &amp; up to date employment legislation</li>
<li>Superb communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels</li>
<li>Excellent time management &amp; organisational&nbsp; skills</li>
<li>Great attention to detail</li>
<li>Immediate starts preferred</li>
