<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Great opportunity to join a growing team at a leading UK membership organisation. The role will develop and execute a content strategy across multi channels, manage the content team and help to drive the organisation’s growth, as well as engagement.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for someone who wants to be at the heart of an organisation with a varied workload, no one day will be the same.  It will be the link with the campaign leaders of the organisation.</p>
<p>London based, hybrid working – 2/3 days a week in the office.</p>
<p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create and deliver marketing plans for the organisation to all stakeholders as well as develop and execute a content strategy across all our key marcomms channels (e.g. social, blog, email, newsletters, white papers, website etc)</li>
<li>Create engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms and marketing collateral</li>
<li>Create and manage the organisation’s content calendar and ensure deadlines are worked to</li>
<li>Ensure consistency of brand voice, style and tone across all content</li>
<li>Ensure all content in line with current SEO best practice</li>
<li>Manage and update website content</li>
<li>Monitor and analyse content performance/engagement metrics on social platforms and website and make optimisations accordingly</li>
<li>Line manage and mentor a designer/content creator and a social media/comms support executive</li>
<li>Lead on website content refresh and work with technical support to facilitate content rollout</li>
<li>Deliver internal reporting on content engagement performance</li>
<li>Communicate content strategy and results with stakeholders</li>
<li>Proofread all content</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends and use this to build our commercial effectiveness</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to manage and mentor the content and social team</li>
<li>Ability to use supplied data to positively influence success of marketing and content campaigns</li>
<li>Ability to work with senior team members, add value and influence the direction of</li>
<li>marketing and content activities</li>
<li>Work to evolve and deliver on the UKH future strategy</li>
<li>Ability to work tactically as needed to support the team</li>
<li>Will be an outstanding marketer who can multitask and is an excellent planner</li>
<li>Have strong communications skills and an excellent telephone manner</li>
<li>Self-starter with leadership qualities</li>
<li>Excellent written English</li>
<li>Be fluent with a multitude of platforms – for example - WordPress, CMS platforms, Twitter, Facebook; LinkedIn; Instagram; YouTube, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Adobe creative suite or Canva and a video/audio editing software</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Understand what is means to be a brand champion and advocate</li>
<li>An interest in the Hospitality industry</li>
<li>3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar type of role (either client side or agency)</li>
