One Subsea delivers integrated solutions, products, systems and services for the subsea oil and gas market.<br> <br> <b>What you will be doing</b><br> <br> You will be part of the One Subsea team providing inspection and verification services to the TLM/Operations function. <br> <ul> <li> Ensure materials, products, equipment and tools comply to specification as established in QPs and ITPs </li> <li> Review and verify accuracy and completeness of Vendor documentation which accompanies incoming goods. </li> <li> Trouble shoot & perform visual and dimensional inspection of equipment or parts: new, repaired, modified or re-engineered to conform to specified company and customer quality requirements </li> <li> Comply with documented QMS and inspection procedures </li> <li> Comply with company policies and procedures </li> <li> Execute transactions in SAP for material clearance process </li> <li> Perform condition reports on equipment returned to the facility for work </li> </ul> <br> <b>About you</b><br> <br> You may have some of the experience and certifications below but you may not have all, and that is ok as we will train you.<br> <ul> <li> Quality Inspection hands on experience, including visual and dimensional inspection </li> <li> Read and understand technical drawing, standards and procedures</li> <li> Experience in managing and using calibration equipment</li> <li> Review and verify accuracy and completeness of Vendor documentation</li> <li> Perform visual and dimensional inspection of equipment or parts: new, repaired, modified or re-engineered conform to specified Company and Customer Quality requirements</li> <li> Raise NCR's within SAP / Optimus systems to document, record, and monitor internal and external product defects plus process vendor concessions</li> <li> Knowledge of industry standards (ISO 9001, API Q1/Q2, ISO 17025, API 6A, 6D, DNV)</li> <li> Previous experience with SAP</li> <li> Preferably with current CSWIP 3.1 certification or equivalent</li> <li> Preferably with current ASNT Level II NDE (MPI) certification or equivalent</li> <li> Preferably with experience with coordinate measuring machine (CMM) i.e. Faro arm </li> <li> Unlimited Australian Work Rights - we are not offering sponsorship</li> </ul> <br> <b>Why Work for us</b><br> <br> We think this is a great place to work and here are just some of the benefits you could receive if you join us.<br> <ul> <li> O/T hours paid</li> <li> Flexible working hours</li> <li> Family focused leave policies</li> <li> Income Protection</li> <li> Opportunity for Death and Disability Insurance to be paid</li> <li> Discounts for Health Cover</li> <li> Potential for fitness-related memberships and activity expenses to be reimbursed</li> <li> Employment Assistance Program</li> <li> Discounted Stock Purchase Plan</li> </ul> <br> <b>What to do next</b><br> <br> If you think you this job was made for you, then click on the apply button now. <br><br>Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
