<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk">Are you interested in working for a psychotherapy regulator and playing a part in safeguarding the public?</p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior administrator to gain personal development as part of a supportive team and working with a range of stakeholders including lawyers, psychotherapists and regulatory committees.</p> </p>Once in post as <strong>Case Administrator</strong> , you will receive training to enable you to provide effective administrative support to the Complaints and Conduct team and Professional Conduct Committee. </p> </p><strong>Key Responsibilities include: </strong></p>Provide administrative support to Complaints and Conduct Team and Professional Conduct Committee</li>Arrange Panel hearings and work closely with lawyers to ensure procedural fairness and assist in drafting of decisions made by Panels</li>Maintain a log of the root cause of complaints that are investigated by the Complaints and Conduct Team</li>Organise annual complaints event to share the above information to its membership</li></ul> </p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p>An appetite to learn new policies and procedures relating to protecting the public</li>Extensive office administration experience</li>Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload</li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive topics"</li></ul><strong> </strong></p><strong>Employee Benefits include: </strong></p>25 days annual leave, plus 8 days bank holidays</li>additional leave over the Christmas period scheme</li>an employer contribution equivalent to 8 per cent of salary paid into a pension scheme (company or private)</li>flexi-time scheme</li>training and development opportunities</li>childcare vouchers</li>interest-free season ticket loans</li>cycle to work scheme.</li></ul> </p>If you would like to apply for this rare opportunity, please get in touch asap! </p> </p>Charity People actively promotes equality, diversity, and inclusion.
