Join this successful and expanding team as they enjoy long term contracts and exciting prospects!</p><p>Key Data Responsibilities</p><p>Assess data quality through analysis of data accuracy, timeliness, uniqueness, completeness, consistency and validity</p><p>Communicate the impact of the findings with relevant stakeholders and identify solutions to improve data quality</p><p>Develop and maintain a data dictionary and metadata</p><p>Lead on championing best practise in relation to all aspects of data processing, storing, cleaning and usage.</p><p>Create and implement stringent monitoring and auditing frameworks.</p><p>Participate and shape the continuous collation of all data and reporting requirements.</p><p>Streamline data collection and analysis procedures to ensure fast access to metrics including initiating data improvements and automation strategies.</p><p>Review and deliver continuous training to the organisation in relation to data principles best practices, in a range of training methods and styles.</p><p>Support the Senior Systems and Data Manager in the organisation's approach to data principles.</p><p>Create a data governance framework with clearly defined roles and responsibilities for all staff.</p><p>Support with the design and implementation of target data state architecture and other technical data projects.</p><p>Ensure that a company's data management protocols are in line with regulatory standards.</p><p>Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective data handling and management</p><p>Employee Benefits</p><p>Generous holiday entitlement (30 days, excluding Bank Holidays)</p><p>Pension Scheme (Employer = 6% / Employee = 2%)</p><p>Life Assurance (4 x basic salary upon death)</p><p>Employee Assistance Programme</p><p>Season Ticket Loan</p><p>Subsidised Canteen Facilities</p><p>Staff Training &amp; Development</p><p>Work-life balance policies / Flexible Working / TOIL</p><p>Cycle To Work Scheme</p><p>If now is the time for you to join a very friendly and pro active team to make a big impact on the education and training provision in the UK, please send your CV to [email protected] asap!</p><p>Charity People actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion.
