The Head of HR NA Supply Chain is responsible for the creation and deployment of HR work globally in support of sector/function goals. The Head of HR NA Supply Chain will actively support their business partners and drive important people/talent actions for their respective business. The Head of HR NA Supply Chain is responsible for the NA Regional Supply Chain & Strategy / Performance leadership activities across Contingent Labor, Employee Benefits, and Learning & Development spend categories, driving alignment between business and category strategies. The Head of HR NA Supply Chain will directly report to the Global Head of HR Supply Chain and Corp Functions. The Head of HR NA Supply Chain will be a key advisor to the Head of Supply Chain North Americas and be the key liaison between Global HR Head of Deliver, Procurement, Strategy, Quality, EH&S, Occupational Health, and Shared Services to create and implement best innovation practices to the business regionally, aligned with HR, and the business strategies. This role will ensure integration of HR priorities into business plans and evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to inform HR solutions (e.g., assess effectiveness, identify gaps). The Head of HR NA Supply Chain will translate global HR strategy for regional execution. The role will develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact. The Head of HR NA Supply Chain will identify regional talent needs via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis and develop/deploy talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning to build on global strategies. The role will partner with global-sector, and country/cluster HR leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate. This position will be located in United States and require 20% travel.
