This team will build the Learning & Development strategy and ecosystem for Johnson & Johnson and will work across our learning teams across the globe. As the Talent Communities Product Leader in J&J Learn, you will be a key leader in the Development for All Team. You will own the mentoring and coaching product portfolio and have responsibility for design, development and delivery of democratized programs to support the advancement of talent communities. Key Responsibilities: Develop global strategy and roadmap for the Talent Communities product portfolio (mentoring, coaching, communities of practice) Cultivate relationships and partner with local, regional and global stakeholders (business, HR, ERGs, global learning, wellbeing partners etc) to understand current state, needs and demand Design, develop and implement scalable mentoring and coaching ecosystem Ensure integration with J&J Talent management strategy and business unit strategies Build relationships and working partnerships with HR community, business leaders, ERGs and marketing and communications teams to raise awareness and drive engagement Define success criteria and key performance indicators for measuring effectiveness, ROI and impact of the Talent Communities product portfolio Drive data driven decision making to gather insights and managing product performance Identify, cultivate and manage strategic internal and vendor relationships Build awareness and community to advocate, engage and advance a development for all culture across the globe Assess industry standards and benchmarks to stay abreast on trends Qualifications Education: BA/BS required, MBA preferred Experience and Skills: Required: A minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience is required including a minimum of 2 years with leading, mentoring, and/or coaching talent Proven ability to gather and shape business requirements to translate needs into strategy Proven ability to transform ideas and strategy to products and outcomes Excellent collaboration and listening skills Proven ability to build, manage and lead work groups that are matrixed, geographically distributed and functionally diverse Experience conducting data analysis to gather insights for managing and improving product experiences Experience creating personas and value propositions for understanding customers and customer needs Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail Strong communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills are required Strong Powerpoint, Excel/Project management tools, MS Teams, Other Microsoft Office applications required Preferred: Experience in Design Thinking Knowledge of marketing concepts and building marketing strategy Experience in Project & Change Management Other: 10% travel may be required At Johnson & Johnson, we’re on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
