This position within the Site Training Organization will perform activities that support the JJVC Jacksonville Manufacturing Operations Organization’s Objectives, Goals, Strategies & Measures (OGSM) for current and future projected deployments. This position will perform activities that ensure that JJVC Jacksonville Manufacturing Operations competency is maintained appropriately to each employee’s assigned position and in accordance with the applicable training and competency regulations and standards (Quality Systems and EHS). This position will help develop, revise, and deliver job-specific and skill developmental training using documents, materials, and tools relevant to the different operations they support. The coordinator will utilize the electronic Learning Management Systems (eLMS), or equivalent manual systems, to create, amend, and assign curricula related toward the training, qualification, and certification processes in the company. The coordinator will help evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs and practices and help in the identification of skills that should be focused on to improve site training efficiency and productivity. Supports the training programs that support the JJVC organization’s OGSM’s. Possesses a transferable knowledge of Process Excellence, and is certified in TWI Job Instruction or equivalent adult learning theory. Must be able to deliver training one-on-one or present in a classroom, and interact with all levels of management. Competent in the software programs used in JJVC (MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, etc.) and will be a POC for some of the systems related to training (examples are Work Flow Coordinator, Training Impact Assessor within GCC, The JJVC eLMS, and/or the JJVC eDMS). Leads team projects as assigned; and, completes individual projects as assigned. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with J&J Standards of Leadership. Key Responsibilities Ensures training compliance in Quality Systems and EHS policies and procedures Support eLMS Systems (Compliance Wire, Summit) (40%) Develops training curricula as required (5%) Supports, develops, and delivers training for Training Programs as required (10%) Monitors and analyzes the overall effectiveness of training programs and provides departmental feedback (5%) Participates in Change Control to ensure training and documents are consistent with hardware and software upgrades (10%) Supports and/or leads internal/external training projects (10%) Perform document reviews, revisions, and submissions into QUMAS for new products and processes (15%) Supports internal and external audits from Health Notification Bodies (5%) Conditions & physical demands of job - Stooping, Crouching, Walking, Pulling, Light Lifting (Up to 25 lbs.), Grasping, Hearing, Visual Acuity, Kneeling, Reaching, Pushing, Talking, Standing, Fingering, Crawling, Inside Environmental Conditions Qualifications A minimum High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in manufacturing and/or training is preferred Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project software skills Demonstrated ability to work well with others Knowledge of multimedia training program designs (ex. Articulate) Excellent presentation and training skills Able to innovate and self-manage Ability to develop training programs Prefer familiarity with Process Excellence and Standard Work Practices such as TWI This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida.
