Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is recruiting a HR Senior Manager / Business Partner - LAS to located in Argentina or Chile. The HR Senior Manager / Business Partner for Medical Devices will actively partner with the 3 regional franchises: Ethicon, DePuy Synthes and CSS to lead and deliver the overall HR, talent and organization strategies required to fuel growth and advance key franchise and business priorities. The primary responsibilities for the Senior HRBP are to drive the talent agenda in order to enable business results through Coaching, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, and Business Partnering. The Senior HRBP may also be involved in enterprise and functional strategies. This role will report to the Medical Devices HR Head LATAM. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and business partner support for the Medical Devices Commercial organization, with primary accountability for Ethicon, Depuy Synthes & CSS Regional Franchises Partner with business leaders to develop the HR strategies required to support the business, including the development of a robust and diverse pipeline of future leaders Accountability for advancing an integrated regional talent strategy for all three franchises, aligned with the global sector strategy while influencing and maintaining alignment with the local talent/organizational agenda Work closely with business leaders to provide coaching and support leadership development Develop organizational capabilities to enable the business strategy and objectives Build and influence change plans based on thorough understanding of the organization´s business needs, strategy, and value drivers and accompanying relevant analyses Leverage their expertise and creativity to deploy effective HR programs in a variety of areas, including organization design, change management, retention strategies, employee development, succession planning, leadership and team development and engagement Partner with leadership team to establish a Credo-based culture that drives innovation, employee engagement and high performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed is required. Solid experience as HR Business Partner is required. Solid experience in Change Management is required. Fluent/Advanced in English is required. Candidate must demonstrate strong capability as an HR business partner, consultant and coach, as well as solid experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development and Change management. Ability to build strong partnerships, connect and influence a diverse set of stakeholders. Ability to derive insights from internal/external business drivers and financial metrics and translate them into people and organization strategies to maximize the effectiveness of talent outcomes for the business. Other important skills include business acumen, analytic capability, collaboration and communication skills.
