<b> IRC219151 - PAYROLL ADVISOR </b> <br> <br> At Eni, we are looking for a <b>Payroll Advisor</b> within <b>Eni Venezuela </b>in <b>Caracas, Venezuela</b>. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct and accurate execution of all aspects related to the preparation, review of the payroll of local and expatriate personnel of Eni Venezuela BV, guaranteeing all payments processes associated with salary, socio-economic benefits, and legal obligations. You will be preparation of reports and comply with all employers 'legal obligations. All the above framed in the local labor laws (LOTTT and its regulations), policies and procedures as well as the corporate guidelines of the company. <br><br><b> As a member of </b> <b>at </b> <b> HRO & GS </b><b> at Eni Venezuela you will be responsible for </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Maintaining contact and be responsible with the service provider for relations with government entities such as and if limited to Quarterly report RNEE, Employment Agency and obtain the necessary solvencies in an expeditious manner. Obtain signatures/approvals from the legal representative and follow up with the services provider. </li> <li> Preparing periodic reports for internal use and for the headquarters (e.g. vacations, overtime, absences, personnel data, etc.), as well as required ad hoc reports. </li> <li> Administration and control the days of vacation enjoyment and vacation bonus payments </li> <li> Guaranteeing compliance with the INCES National Apprentice Training Program (theoretical-practical phase) </li> <li> Elaborating reports and prepare corporate requests and audits regarding salary compensation, labor costs, benefits, among others </li> <li> Performing and consolidating the estimates of payments of salary obligations for the finance department. </li> <li> Supporting on the related Contracts Administration and Contractual Benefits in accordance with the provisions of the expatriate staff and local staff policy, as well as the benefits applicable by law, such as vacations, social security, taxes, among others, both at the time of assignment. and repatriation of personnel. </li> <li> Collecting and maintaining the documentation of local personnel, both in physical and digital files, database, emergency contacts, emergency plans and evacuations, in accordance with the standards of Law and Internal Policies for the administration of personnel files </li> <li> Preparing and providing support with the monthly accruals of the department and verify the proper record in the expense accounts. </li> <li> Supporting on the preparation, analysis, cost estimates, definition of scopes and requisitions for renewals, extensions, or bidding processes for services. </li> <li> Providing support to the EERR Management in corporate events such as: Christmas gifts for employees, corporate gifts, special events (Mother's Day, etc.) </li> <li> Carrying out special projects in the area assigned by HR </li> <li> Preparation and reviewing of local and expatriate payroll (when applies), in order to guarantee the correct registration and accurate calculation as well as verify the payroll variations (personnel income and expenses, salary changes, working conditions, discounts, vacations, vacation bonus, etc.). Follow up timely for payroll approvals with the Human Resources Manager and Finance Manager and with Treasury for payments </li> <li> Ensure the optimal functioning of the payroll management system with the payroll provider to guarantee the accuracy of the calculations and payments of the personnel, as well as the generation of accounting information. </li> <li> Coordinate and ensure the correct and the compliance of government procedures with the local labor entities and Plan and coordinate the payment obligations of government entities as I.V.S.S., BANAVIH, INCES, such as: Registration, salary changes, changes in positions, employee terminations. </li> <li> Ensure compliance with employer obligations such as and not limited to IVSS, FAOV, INCES, ISLR Withholdings.
