The Lead, HR Global HR Transformations is a key member of the Global Services HR AD&T Team. The team provides a central point of coordination for all GS HR work streams including PxOps, TA, TR, ER/LR, Learning, and Contact Center. Standard, streamlined A&D processes enable efficient delivery of HR services across regions for complex, short-lead projects. The role provides the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge of HR processes and systems and deep regional knowledge of HR data and regulation. The incumbent will develop a network of partnerships with regional GS HR Service Delivery teams as well as cross-functional and cross-tier partners as A&D projects are planned and executed. A,D & T projects will provide the opportunity for global work, project leadership, and out of the box thinking as the team collaborates to deliver on business requirements. The HR Acquisition, Divestiture & Transformation Specialist delivers the following value: Central point of entry into GS HR Service Delivery work streams, providing global coordination, GS timeline management, and process and policy information Global view, with regional presence and collaborative working relationships across GS HR Service Delivery and Operations teams Deep country-by-country HR data and employee transfer regulation expertise Uses standard employee data reporting and data validation processes with data privacy compliance built in Uses and develops standard, streamlined, documented, processes that continuously incorporate all lessons learned from AD&T portfolio back into the team Playbook and functional checklists Provides continuity of leadership and navigation across the GS HR workstreams for each project from end-to-end, from kickoff through close and hyper-care Collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners including Payroll, IT, Data Privacy, Finance Embedded partnership with the HR Corporate tier A&D IMO and PMO teams Strong partnerships with the HR BU partners in the planning and execution of Transformation projects Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; Advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years progressive HR, Supply Chain, Information Technology is required. Acquisition, Divestiture, or Organizational Transformation experience processes is preferred. Ability to map processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives is required. Advanced computer skills required. (Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint). Strong organization skills and an aptitude for planning and facilitation is required. Positive-minded, collaborative interpersonal skills and leadership qualities necessary to build a cohesive, and focused team is required. Analytical mindset with strength in data mining, data presentation, and business case development is required. Ability to translate complex situations into simple working solutions is required. Ability lead projects and influence others across levels and geographies is required. Shared service and/or global experience is preferred. Experience as power user of ERP or Workforce Data Management systems, such as SAP and Workday is preferred. This position is located in Prague, CZ and may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
