<p>We are now looking for a <strong>Data Privacy Legal</strong> to be responsible for providing advice and guidance across the GNM Group on data protection and privacy legal requirements.</p>
<p><strong>About The Role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing Data Privacy Impact and Threshold Assessments in relation to proposed processing activities.</li>
<li>Providing timely and concise metrics and reports to the DPO and other relevant stakeholders on your activities, privacy risks and issues, and other related matters.</li>
<li>Responding to and managing Data Subject Rights requests and complaints. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrable experience of advising in a similar role, media or the publishing sector experience would be welcome.</li>
<li>Knowledge of data protection laws, regulations and policies including the DPA, GDPR, PECR and ideally CCPA and the Australian Privacy Act.</li>
<li>You will be an experienced, qualified lawyer, and a data protection qualification would be welcome.</li>
