Partner with the best In this role, you will work with multiple stakeholders across the business. You will manage all activities associated to HR Operations. You will play vital role to deliver all tasks in an efficient and timely manner ensuring compliance with company policy, procedures, and country legislation. As a Human Resources Manager , you will be responsible for: • Monitoring the delivery of HR operations, manage productivity targets and ensure on-time execution. • Designing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs). Ensuring any issues or risks to the service delivery are identified and promptly resolved. • Challenging, rethinking, and redesigning HR operational practices as needed to identify areas of improvement. • Identifying and implementing new policies / processes / procedures to improve HR Function Support services and delivery. • Building adoption of standard practices and consistent ways of working to achieve operational excellence. • Leading change culture in the Region to create an innovative forward-thinking organization . • Providing oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. • Coaching, mentoring, and developing staff providing career. Development planning and opportunities. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area. • Minimum 8 years prior professional work experience in related positions. • Be fluent in English (verbal and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) / Workday. • Be available to travel in Argentina and abroad if needed. • Have experience in delivering HR to a large employee base. • Have higher-caliber knowledge of core HR processes, management practices, knowledge of developments and trends within HR services. • Demonstrated ability to energize and lead and drive change in complex, matrix, goal-driven, team-orientated service organizations. • Demonstrated success managing projects and/or implementing process improvement initiatives. • Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
