The Centralized Operations Trainer is responsible for the training and development of the Centralized Operations team within a full-service loan center for Republic Finance. Training will include new hire training as well as ongoing developmental training. In this role you will work with the operations team to develop and update training material and will partner with the team while leading the delivery. Additional responsibilities will be to monitor, analyze and report the effectiveness of employee training to ensure that all call center representatives are properly equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary for their success. Another key responsibility is to stay current on all changes within the company, particularly new or updated policy and procedure, to keep the representatives up to date on all relevant information. Job responsibilities are as follows: Coordinate with senior staff, managers and supervisors, talent development and human resources in the design, development and updates of training curriculum and course material. Training components will be geared towards new hires, existing staff, and individuals who seek or require assistance. Provide both classroom and on-the-job training on all products and services associated with the, account collections process, exceptional customer service practices, related policy and procedure, use of computers and software, interpersonal skills, quality & process issues. Provide training to Collection Servicer teams when new processes/policy & procedure are implemented and partner with the Collection Servicer training teams when supplemental training needs are identified Conduct in-depth training for employees in their orientation period as well as continuing education for current employees. Ensure that all new hires complete mandatory surveys and testing. Meet with managers and supervisors regularly to stay informed about any changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and/or technologies. Along with managers and supervisors, audit live phone calls to identify training opportunities, conduct group and one-on-one coaching sessions, and develop individual coaching plans as needed. Participate in user testing of all new application systems before implementation in the Customer Retention Call Center.
