<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for HSSE Supervisor. <br><ul><li> Support HSSE Manager to oversee the project construction safety, health and environment during the construction and commissioning phase. </li><li> Ensure Wood, client, legal and contractors HSSE management system are being implemented effectively through regulary assessment. </li><li> Review HSSE performance of all contractors and provide professional advisory for improvement. </li><li> Carry out daily and weekly site inspection and audit against HSSE process and procedure that apply for the project and feedback area needed improvement. </li><li> Cooperate and support Wood, client and contractors on improving and maintaining effective HSSE Management and performance of project site. </li><li> Ensure all incidents are reported and investigated properly and follow up to make all corrective and preventive action completed. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Bachelor's degree in public health (Occupational Health and Safety) or Professional certificate of safety officer by Ministry of Labour </li><li> Minimum 8 years substantial experience in a HSSE role in Live Plant, Greenfield and Turnaround / Revamp work for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power Plant or others similar type of plants </li><li> Has substantial level of skill and experience in applying worksite HSSE plans in regard to HSSE work practices and others HSSE procedures, standards requirement for worksite </li><li> Has MOST knowledge of Project Monthly and Weekly Construction Report content? Understands the need for timely, concise and accurate reporting of HSSE performance statistics </li><li> Good HSSE awareness and commitment including skill and knowledge in preparation and review of Method Statement, Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment </li><li> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal & written) </li><li> Good knowledge in Thai Law and Legislation related to HSSE </li><li> Good team leadership in technical, interpersonal and communication skill </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
