Your primary responsibility in this role, will be to guide and coordinate the work safety system by assessing risks and causes of accidents, and analysing prevention. <br><br>Duties and Responsibilities: <br><br><b> HEALTH, SAFETY & SECURITY </b> <br><ul><li> Participate and assist QHSE Senior Advisor in all aspects within the QHSE area </li><li> Prepare and execute audits and inspections within the area </li><li> Monitor QHSE performance and assist/lead investigations </li><li> Ensure that risk assessments are updated in cooperation with responsible operational leaders </li><li> Maintain and keep QHSSE databases updated </li></ul><br><br><b> QUALITY </b> <br><ul><li> Assist during internal and external audits according to plan </li><li> Develop and maintain the QHSE SharePoint site and content </li><li> Ensure that documents and procedures are updated on regular intervals, according to requirements </li><li> Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 in all aspects of the execution of work </li></ul><br><br><b> ENVIRONMENT & COMPLIANCE </b> <br><ul><li> Ensure compliance with both internal, external, and legal environmental requirements, including ISO 14001 in all aspects of the execution of work </li><li> Develop and maintain WNAS chemical database EcoOnline </li><li> Report relevant environmental data both internal and externally as per environmental requirements </li></ul><br><br>Additional: <br><ul><li> Ensure correct sharing of information with clients within area of responsibility </li><li> Participate in client workshops and meetings within area of responsibility </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> 3-5 years relevant industry experience </li><li> Bachelor's degree within QHSE - preferred, extensive relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal background </li><li> Knowledge of applicable Norwegian rules and regulations </li><li> Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and NORSOK-S006 </li><li> Knowledge of risk assessment tasks, investigation skills and auditing skills </li><li> Fluent in Norwegian and English both oral and written </li><li> Computer literate & Microsoft Office </li></ul>
