We offers a challenging and positive work environment. <br><br>We are currently hiring HR Support for aprox 6 months with a possiblity of longer term work. <br><br><b>Main Accountabilities</b> <br><br><ul><li> Assists the relevant P&O team with planning and delivery of specific work activities </li><li> Support P&O activities as required </li><li> Support line managers with basic P&O activity and queries </li><li> Provide support within the P&O function as needed </li></ul><br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><b> Main Qualifications </b><br><ul><li> Relevant degree or diploma related to Human Resources </li><li> Knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative framework </li><li> Previous experience in HR Administrative work or in a HR Support role is considered an Asset </li><li> The role is responsible for working autonomously on assigned tasks and liaising with the appropriate team members and relevant business stakeholders </li><li> Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) and familiarity with the use of databases </li><li> Collate data into a logical order and sequence and provide analysis </li><li> Ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders </li><li> Ability to deal with frequent change and work in a fast-paced environment </li><li> Ability to organize and prioritize tasks </li><li> Deliver in a customer focused climate </li><li> Maintain confidential and sensitive information </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
